Terms of Service

Welcome to FindUrLove. By creating an account or using our apps and websites (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they matter.

1. Who can use FindUrLove

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You may only create one account, for yourself, with accurate information.
• You must not have been convicted of a violent or sexual offense.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at security@findurlove.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free & Premium services

Browsing profiles is free. Premium subscriptions (messaging, private galleries, advanced filters) renew automatically until cancelled in your account settings. Refunds follow the law of your country of residence.

4. What you can't do

• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity or age.
• Harass, stalk, threaten or defraud other members.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities).
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated scripts on the Service.
• Solicit money from other members in any form.

5. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Privacy Policy

Your trust is our most important match. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Profile data: name, email, date of birth, gender, preferences, city, photos.
• Usage data: profiles you view and like, messages you send, device and log data.
• Location: approximate location (from IP or, with consent, GPS) to show people near you.

How we use it

• Showing you relevant profiles and powering matching.
• Keeping the community safe: fraud detection, profile verification, moderation.
• Service emails and — only with your consent — marketing communications.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal data to third parties.
• We never post to your social accounts or contact your friends.
• We never share your exact location with other members — only a city-level distance.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA…), you can access, correct, export or delete your data. Write to privacy@findurlove.com — we answer within 30 days.

Authentication, security and core features. The Service cannot work without them.

Functional cookies

Remember your preferences: language, search filters, dark mode.

Analytics & marketing cookies

Aggregate statistics to improve the product, and measuring our ad campaigns. These are optional and only set after you click “Accept all” in our cookie banner.

You can change your choice anytime by clearing cookies in your browser — the banner will ask again on your next visit.

Community Guidelines

FindUrLove works because members are real, respectful and honest. Four simple rules:

Be yourself

Recent photos of you, a real first name and an honest bio. Verified badges are earned by passing our photo & ID check.

Be kind

Rejection happens — take it gracefully. Insults, hate speech or unsolicited explicit content lead to an immediate ban.

Stay safe

Keep conversations on FindUrLove until you trust the other person. Never send money to someone you haven't met — no matter the story. See our Safety tips.

Report, don't retaliate

Every profile and message has a Report button. Our moderation team reviews reports 24/7 and never reveals who reported.
